Haji Muhammad Zainidi Bin Haji Abdul Hamid

 

Haji Muhammad Zainidi was called to the English Bar in 1996 and was shortly after also admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam. He was admitted as a Syariah Lawyer in the Syariah Court of Brunei Darussalam in 2007.

Haji Muhammad Zainidi is well versed in Civil, Criminal and Syariah matters. His legal practice mainly involves Commercial Litigation, Conventional Banking, Islamic Banking, Insurance and Takaful matters. He also practices Criminal Law and Family Law both in Civil and Syariah Courts.



Sharah Abdul Hamid  

Sharah was admitted to the English Bar in 2010 and shortly after started her career at the Attorney General’s Chambers of Brunei Darussalam in 2011 as a Criminal Prosecutor.  She had appeared in all levels of Brunei Darussalam’s Criminal Court up to the Court of Appeal. Before leaving the Attorney General’s Chamber, Sharah was posted at the Economic Unit of the International Affairs Division. 

In 2020, Sharah  joined  ZS Legal (formally knowns as Hale Zainidi Ong, Advocates and Solicitors) and have been involved in matters related to Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Conveyancing.


Siti Nurqashmi binti Haji Jamin
(Qashmi Jamin)

Qashmi Jamin is qualified with a double degree from Brunei Darussalam’s Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA)in both Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Syariah Law (Hons) in 2018. She was formally admitted in the Syariah Court and commenced her practice as a Syariah Lawyer in 2019. Qashmi Jamin was called to the Brunei Darussalam’s Bar in 2020.

She now practices in both the Syariah Court and the Civil Court of Brunei Darussalam and her practice areas are focused mainly on Family, Criminal Law and  Estate Planning and Inheritance matters.
